Following the decisions announced by the government due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic and the closure of the ski resorts, we are forced to close our residences until April 15, 2020.
We are forced to ask all our customers to interrupt their stay and those who have a booked stay in the coming days not to visit our residences. The receptions of our residences are closed.
Compensation in the form of postponement of stay will be offered to our customers who have booked live with CGH. This may evolve according to the directives that may be indicated to us by the Government.
If you have a booking in progress for the next few weeks (from 16 March 2020 to 15 April 2020): your stay is being cancelled.
We will soon send you a «postponement voucher» for an amount equivalent to your unused stay. It will be usable for a future stay to be carried out before 30 April 2021.
We are aware of the inconvenience but we are facing an exceptional situation that requires exceptional measures.
We expect a large number of appeals in the coming days. If your stay does not take place during the next 7 days, we invite you not to call our Customer Service right away so that we can help and respond to travellers for whom the stay is in progress or imminent.
