During your stay
Wearing a mask is compulsory while traveling within the residence.
Masks are compulsory for staff.
We will ask you to respect the posted instructions as well as the traffic directives.
Respecting barrier gestures is important both for your own health and that of other customers and staff. Thank you for respecting them.
Emphasis on disinfection with a specific product is implemented on common areas, reception and recreational areas, frequently touched surfaces
In the establishment as at the reception, we ask you to respect the physical distance and to wear the mask.

We invite you to have the AntiCovid application all on your phone to facilitate the procedures in the resort.
Will a health pass be required to access my apartment ?
Access to your accommodation, reception areas, Spas, recreational areas (swimming pool, whirlpools, saunas, hammam, cardio room) do not require presentation of a health pass.
If the access rules were to be modified following the publication of an implementing decree, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Will the pools and spas be open this winter?
The swimming pools, whirlpools, saunas and hammams and the entire recreational area will be open subject to subsequent contraindication by government authorities. The openings and access to these spaces may be subject to access gauges.
Treatments will also be possible in our spas.

What health measures were taken during my ski trip this winter?
French resorts are committed to a safe stay:
- Ski lifts: presentation of the health pass (for all adults and children from 12 years and 2 months), wearing a mask compulsory in queues and daily disinfection of contact areas
- At the equipment rental company: wearing a mask compulsory, disinfection of the rental equipment, hydro-alcoholic gel available
- At the ski school: presentation of the health pass, compulsory wearing of a mask during gatherings at the start and end of lessons for instructors and children over 12 years and 2 months, disinfection of loaned equipment.
To travel to France, if you are a foreign national:
It is your responsibility to meet all the conditions necessary to enter French territory, for all persons participating in the stay. You need to check:
▸ Whether your identity papers (identity card or passports) or visa are up to date
▸ That your health pass is up to date
It is important that your vaccine is recognized by the European Health Agency:

If you do not meet the individual driving conditions in France and you have not taken note of your obligations, we will be required to apply our usual cancellation conditions.
What is the health pass ?
The "health pass" consists of presenting, digitally or on paper, a health proof among the three statuses below:
• a complete vaccination schedule
• Since 11/26/21, proof of a negative PCR or antigen test of less than 24 hours
• A certificate of reinstatement dated at least 11 days and less than 6 months

Where can I get tested during my ski trip ?
The stations are committed to a safe stay. For all people over 12 years and 2 months, a sanitary pass will be requested, for example to access the ski lifts, restaurants.

What are the conditions for canceling and modifying my stay this winter ?

We recommend that you take out insurance for your stay. CGH offers 2 insurances:
      1. Multi-risk cancellation insurance: Benefit from protection at all times, before, during and after your stay, and designed to meet your needs at a price of € 60 per apartment.
      2. Multi-risk Pandemic - Epidemic cancellation insurance at the rate of € 69 per apartment

What are the cancellation conditions for government restrictions ?
You can modify your reservation free of charge (if this new reservation is for a lower amount than your initial stay, the difference will be refunded) or benefit from a refund of the amount received (excluding administrative fees) in the event of cancellation for a reason related to government decisions to fight COVID such as:
 - your residence is closed for the period of your reservation
 - government measures restricting travel prevent you from going to your residence due to:
       - the confinement of your region of origin or destination
       - the closure of the border between your country of origin and your country of destination

Your request must be made at the earliest 15 days before the start of your stay and until the day of your arrival.
For more peace of mind, we advise you to take out insurance when booking to protect yourself against the following unforeseen events:
- you or a person traveling is positive for the RT-PCR test for Covid-19.
- You are in contact within 14 days before your departure.
