Flexible conditions for your summer stay

For your next summer stay, CGH is committed to more flexible cancellation or modification terms in case of link with the COVID 19 government decisions.

No need to wait to book your next mountain vacation.
For all new bookings made before August 15th, 2021, you benefit more flexible cancellation or modification terms up to 15 days before the stay.
 
More Flexibility to cancel or change your reservation for your summer stay*, up to 15 days before your arrival at the mountain for all bookings made before August 15th, 2021.
 
•Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, will only be retained 30 € of application fee (as well as the possible amount of insurance taken out at the time of the non-refundable booking).
•If the cancellation occurs between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•In case of no-show at the place of stay, the entire amount of the stay will be charged, including ancillary services.
 
In case of cancellation or modification, the customer must notify it by email contact@cgh-residences.com, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation. Any modification of stay dates will be considered as a cancellation, and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
 
 
 
COVID 19 cancellation refund **
 
CGH is commited to a refund (excluding application fee) in case of a cancellation due to the COVID 19 government decisions such as : 
1. You live in a region where confinement is in effect until at least the day before your stay and prevents you from visiting in the reserved CGH residence.
2. Restrictive travel measures are imposed by the French authorities with an obligation of a 14-day quarantine for travellers from the client’s country of life (to be applicable quarantine must be mandatory – not applicable in case of voluntary quarantine). Restrictions must be in effect at the date of your stay.
3. Closure residences on the period of your booking in connection with government decisions to combat COVID 19, and if CGH is unable to relocate you to another CGH establishment on the same date***.
 
Cancellation request for a reason related to government decisions to address COVID 19 must be made no earlier than 7 days prior to departure date.
 
For any travel change requests related to government decisions to combat COVID-19, mentioned above, it will be free of charge. (if this new booking is less than your original stay, the difference will be refunded – if this new booking is more than your initial stay , the difference will be requested in order to validate and confirm your new booking).
 
Pandémic - Epidémic Comprehensive cancellation insurance  

In addition to the comprehensive cancellation insurance, you are covered in case of :
  • Cancellation due to illness reported in the month preceding departure in case of pandemic or epidemic.
  • Cancellation if you are designated as contact case within 14 days before departure.
  • Cancellation for denied-boarding after temperature taking or positive PCR or/and antigenic test result upon arrival at your departure airport.
  • Cancellation in the absence of vaccination.

  • Be sure to buy it at the same time as your booking.
     
     
    * Summer stay : stay taking place between June 1st and September 30th 2021
    ** Justification and proof must be provided to CGH.
    *** This closure must come from the situation in which the tourist activity of CGH is interrupted or does not allow an effective and normal occupation of the accommodation and residence following an administrative and governmental decisions. 
     
     
     
     

    The CGH engagement

    Because the health of all is particularly important to us, we have put in place strengthened measures in terms of hygiene and protection according to the recommendations of the health authorities.
    Therefore CGH commits itself through a charter:

    1.Follow the recommendations of the health authorities to adapt our approaches and procedures to combat Covid-19
    2.Take into account the gestures barriers and do them by our teams and make available to them personal protective equipment
    3.Implement signs and signage on preventive measures, barrier gestures, respect for social distancing in all reception and recreational spaces,
    4.Provide hydro-alcoholic gel in common areas for customers and our teams,
    5.Adapt the reception capacities and establish a traffic and marking plan in the receptions of our residences, in order to ensure social distancing (e.g. ground marking, Plexiglas protective installation in the receptions, etc.),
    6.Increase the frequency of cleaning of common areas, reception and recreational areas, surfaces frequently affected (such as access doors, elevator buttons, counters, door handles, etc.) with specific products, adapted to fight against Covid-19,
    7.Ensure hygiene and maintenance of household linen and sheets for apartments, as recommended by the health authorities,
    8.Ventilate and disinfect apartments between stays,
    9. Adapt access to reception and recreational areas as well as services complementary to health authorities' recommendations.
    10.Ensure and respect a risk management protocol in case of suspicion of contagion with Covid-19 The objective is to welcome you safely.

    These measures can therefore be completed with the aim of improving health protection and safety on a daily basis.
