More Flexibility to cancel or change your booking up to 15 days before your arrival.
For all bookings, you automatically benefit from the following terms and conditions:
•Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, will only be retained 30 € of application fee (as well as the possible amount of insurance taken out at the time of the non-refundable booking).
•If the cancellation occurs between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•In case of no-show at the place of stay, the entire amount of the stay will be charged, including ancillary services.
In case of cancellation or modification, the customer must notify it by letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation. Any modification of stay dates will be considered as a cancellation, and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
COVID 19 cancellation refund
CGH is commited to a full refund in case of a cancellation due to COVID 19* such as :
1.You or someone from the trip contracted COVID-19 within 10 days prior to arrival.
2.You live in a region where confinement is in effect until at least the day before your stay and prevents you from visiting our residences.
3.Restrictive travel measures are imposed by the French authorities with an obligation of a 14-day quarantine for travellers from the client’s country of life (to be applicable quarantine must be mandatory – not applicable in case of voluntary quarantine). Restrictions must always be in effect the day before the client’s stay.
4.Closure residences related to Covid-19 and if CGH is unable to relocate the customer to another location on the same date**.
* Justification and proof must be provided to CGH.
** This closure must come from the situation in which the tourist activity of CGH is interrupted or does not allow an effective and normal occupation of the accommodation and residence following an administrative decision.
