with our flexible, toll-free cancellations related to the pandemic

This Winter, CGH is committed to more flexible cancellation or modification terms at no cost in case of link with the COVID 19 health crisis.

There is no need to hesitate or to wait to book your ski stay in one of our 34 establishments.
CGH guarantees you a full refund if the cancellation is related to the pandemic. Moreover, until October 31, 2020 take advantage automatically of our flexible cancellation policy.
 
More Flexibility to cancel or change your booking up to 15 days before your arrival.
 
For all bookings made before October 31, 2020, you automatically benefit from the following terms and conditions:
•Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, will only be retained 30 € of application fee (as well as the possible amount of insurance taken out at the time of the non-refundable booking).
•If the cancellation occurs between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and the day of arrival, the total amount of the stay including the ancillary services will be charged.
•In case of no-show at the place of stay, the entire amount of the stay will be charged, including ancillary services.
 
In case of cancellation or modification, the customer must notify it by letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation. Any modification of stay dates will be considered as a cancellation, and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
 
COVID 19 cancellation refund 
 
CGH is commited to a full refund in case of a cancellation due to COVID 19* such as :
1.You or someone from the trip contracted COVID-19 within 10 days prior to arrival.
2.You live in a region where confinement is in effect until at least the day before your stay and prevents you from visiting our residences.
3.Restrictive travel measures are imposed by the French authorities with an obligation of a 14-day quarantine for travellers from the client’s country of life (to be applicable quarantine must be mandatory – not applicable in case of voluntary quarantine). Restrictions must always be in effect the day before the client’s stay.
4.Closure residences related to Covid-19 and if CGH is unable to relocate the customer to another location on the same date**.
 
* Justification and proof must be provided to CGH.
** This closure must come from the situation in which the tourist activity of CGH is interrupted or does not allow an effective and normal occupation of the accommodation and residence following an administrative decision.
 
 
 
 

The CGH engagement

Because the health of all is particularly important to us, we have put in place strengthened measures in terms of hygiene and protection according to the recommendations of the health authorities.
Therefore CGH commits itself through a charter:

1.Follow the recommendations of the health authorities to adapt our approaches and procedures to combat Covid-19
2.Take into account the gestures barriers and do them by our teams and make available to them personal protective equipment
3.Implement signs and signage on preventive measures, barrier gestures, respect for social distancing in all reception and recreational spaces,
4.Provide hydro-alcoholic gel in common areas for customers and our teams,
5.Adapt the reception capacities and establish a traffic and marking plan in the receptions of our residences, in order to ensure social distancing (e.g. ground marking, Plexiglas protective installation in the receptions, etc.),
6.Increase the frequency of cleaning of common areas, reception and recreational areas, surfaces frequently affected (such as access doors, elevator buttons, counters, door handles, etc.) with specific products, adapted to fight against Covid-19,
7.Ensure hygiene and maintenance of household linen and sheets for apartments, as recommended by the health authorities,
8.Ventilate and disinfect apartments between stays,
9. Adapt access to reception and recreational areas as well as services complementary to health authorities' recommendations.
10.Ensure and respect a risk management protocol in case of suspicion of contagion with Covid-19 The objective is to welcome you safely.

These measures can therefore be completed with the aim of improving health protection and safety on a daily basis.
