Within our reservations department based in Annecy at the foot of the mountains in Haute-Savoie (74), this position is the customer's first contact with the company.
Its very essence is to make customers want to come and stay at CGH Résidences & Spas, a smile on the phone is essential!
This position, with a dual role of advice and sales, aims to find for each client the residence that best suits them so that they can have an unforgettable stay in the French Alps.

The main missions:
• The sale of stays by telephone and chat in both French and English, following the internal sales technique with a personalized and warm welcome to each customer
• Advising customers on their destination according to their needs and expectations
• Information to customers on the additional services offered in our establishments by transforming them into additional sales
• Administrative and commercial monitoring of files (monitoring of options, collection of deposits, reminder of balances, etc.).
