There is no need to hesitate or to wait to book your ski stay in one of our 34 establishments.
CGH guarantees you a refund (excluding application fee) if the cancellation is related to COVID 19 government decisions.
In case of cancellation or modification, the customer must notify it by email email@example.com, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation. Any modification of stay dates will be considered as a cancellation, and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
COVID 19 cancellation refund
CGH is commited to a refund (excluding application fee) in case of a cancellation due to the COVID 19 government decisions* such as :
1.You live in a region where confinement is in effect until at least the day before your stay and prevents you from visiting our residences.
2.Restrictive travel measures are imposed by the French authorities with an obligation of a 14-day quarantine for travellers from the client’s country of life (to be applicable quarantine must be mandatory – not applicable in case of voluntary quarantine). Restrictions must always be in effect the day before the client’s stay.
3.Closure residences related to Covid-19 and if CGH is unable to relocate the customer to another location on the same date**.
* Justification and proof must be provided to CGH.
** This closure must come from the situation in which the tourist activity of CGH is interrupted or does not allow an effective and normal occupation of the accommodation and residence following an administrative decision.
You can modify your reservation free of charge (if this new reservation is for a lower amount than your initial stay, the difference will be refunded).
