The CGH loyalty program

Spend your vacation at CGH, and earn your loyalty points!
€ 15 spent in accommodation & Spas cares = 10 loyalty points.
(Other extra expenses made in the residence are excluded: bakery, administration charge ...).
From 2000 loyalty points you will receive by email a loyalty voucher worth € 50 to spend on your next stay. This loyalty voucher may be used in CGH residence of your choice, to pay a part of your stay when booking.
The Loyalty vouchers have a validity period of 1 year.

How does it work?

Who is it for?

The loyalty program is addressed to all of our French and foreign direct customers. The program enables, depending on your stays within our residences, to collect points.


This program has been created on 1 December 2010. This program takes into account the stays from 1 December 2010. Stays before that date will not be considered.

Modality of participation in the loyalty program

  • The program is free.
  • Any individual who achieved at least a stay from 1 December 2010 in a CGH residence, will participate in the loyalty program.
  • Only customers who have booked their stay through the CGH call centre or our website ( or are concerned. If the reservation has been made through an intermediary such as Tour Operator, Call center (other than CGH), works council, merchant website are excluded.
  • This is a nominative and personal program. The accumulation and fusion of two identities is not possible.


Collect points - Earn loyalty vouchers
  • For every € 15 the price of your stay, you earn 10 loyalty points. Only the complete stays and whose reservation was made through the CGH central reservations or on the website or are recorded.
  • From 2000 loyalty points, you will receive a Loyalty voucher worth € 50.
  • The voucher is issued by CGH as soon as you have reached 2000 points.
  • The Loyalty voucher is sent by email (according to information in our possession) or default to your home by mail.
  • The accumulated points will be automatically canceled if no stay is carried out over a 4 year period.

Using Fidelity vouchers

  • The loyalty voucher can be used only for the payment of your stay booked through the CGH central reservation before arrival (subject to expiry date).
  • The loyalty voucher can not be transferred or exchanged against cash.
  • Loyalties vouchers have a validity of 1 year. If it’s not used during the validity period, the voucher value is lost and the loyalty points can not be recovered.
  • The Loyalty vouchers can be used only once.

- CGH reserves the right to modify these terms and inform you of any changes. CGH also reserves the right to modify or suspend the program. In the case of a cessation or modification, customers will be informed on the CGH website and no customer may exercise any submission against CGH and for any reason. No modification or deletion will not be entitled to a customer compensation.
- CGH can disable or permanently suspend the loyalty voucher for fraud or customer fraud attempt during his stays or inappropriate use of the loyalty program.
- CGH is exempt from any responsibility for any consequences, direct or indirect, of any problems with the loyalty program. In case of malfunction, CGH will do the best for the customer, to keep the benefit of his accumulated points.

Your questions

When and how will I receive my loyalty voucher?

The loyalty voucher will be sent by email or mail (if CGH doesn’t have email information) in the week following your departure CGH residence, in the condition to have accumulated at least 2000 points.

How to change my address?

It is possible to modify your details by email, phone +33(0)4 50 33 10 96 or on the CGH website in your account.

Under what conditions will I receive a loyalty voucher?

For every 15 euros spent from 1 December 2010 in accommodation and care Spas, you earn 10 points (Other extra expenses made in the residence are excluded: bakery, administration charge ...). You will receive a loyalty voucher of 50 € as soon as you have collected 2000 points. 2000 points are deducted from your balance, each time a voucher is issued.

How can I use my loyalty voucher?

The loyalty voucher can only be used for the settlement of a stay (deposit or balance) in one of the CGH residence (within the limits of the voucher validity).

What is the voucher validity?

The loyalty voucher is valid for 1 year from date of issue. No reporting points or extension of the validity date can be applied in case of the voucher was not use in the terms specified above.
