The Espace Tignes - Val d'Isère is a French ski resort that links
the resorts of Val
d'Isère and Tignes in Savoie. Situated in the Massif de la Vanoise in
the Upper Tarentaise Valley and named as the skier Jean-Claude Killy, it
stretches from the Pisaillas Glacier above the Col d'Iseran at Val d'Isère to
the Grand Motte Glacier above Val Claret at Tignes.
The ski area includes 89 ski lifts and a total of
300 km of pistes that range between 1 550 and 3 450 m of
altitude.
