To enhance your experience and make your stay easier, CGH has created a personalised welcome booklet in the form of an intuitive application.

Here you will find practical information:
  • At the residence: inventory of fixtures on arrival, services at your disposal (bakery deliveries, made-to-measure services), opportunity to ask our teams any questions you may have...

Animals


Your pets are welcome in our residences where you will find available to clean bags:
  • 12€ per day per animal for short stays of less than a week.
    (15€ for the 5-star residences)
  • 80€ per week per animal.
    (95€ for the 5-star residences)
One pet per apartment, anti-rabies compulsory

Baby


All apartments can be quickly fitted free to accommodate smaller: bed making them available, high chair, bottle warmer, baby pack with changing mat, baby monitor, fence, night light, plug protections, bath mat, sterilizer...
All these facilities must be requested when booking and will be available in your apartment upon arrival.

Cleaning

The Cleaning of the apartment is included in the price of the stay :
  • Before your arrival, with the beds made
  • When you leave, but we ask you to clean the kitchen area and dispose of your waste and garbage.
Please open the windows of the apartment before leaving your apartment on the day of your departure (except in case of rain).
 

Rates per household and per apartment :

  • Middle of stay : 2 rooms 60€ ; 3 rooms 80€; 4 rooms 110€; 5 rooms and more 130€
  • End of stay : 2 rooms 80€ ; 3 rooms 95€ ; 4 rooms 135€ ; 5 rooms and more 160€

Person with reduced mobility


All CGH residences is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and have equipped (with bath or shower cubicles equipped, grab bars, wider spaces, etc ...).
The cabins of our centers Ô Des Cimes are equipped.

  1. 4-star residences: bookable at a rate of  80€/week per vehicle
  2. 5-star residences:  bookable at the rate of  120€/ week per vehicle

*Le Centaure residence has outdoor parking, to be reserved directly with the Flaine station.

In the swimming pool area (Flaine, Châtel, Val Cenis, Valmorel, Tignes 1800, Samoëns Les Chalets de Laÿssia), a children's pool has been laid out.
