With its 265 km of pistes and 5 connected resorts (Morillon, Samoëns,
Les Carroz, Sixt Fer a Cheval and Flaine), the Grand Massif is today considered
as one of the finest and largest ski areas in France.
Because of its geographical position, the Grand Massif benefits from plentiful and regular snow coverage
throughout the season, and the area is renowned for the quality
of its spring snow. It is said that 80% of its slopes face North which helps
the snow to last longer.
